Youth classes start from 8 years old.
Booking
All sessions must be booked in advance.
What to Bring
Wear athletic clothes and runners; bring water and a towel. Gloves and hand wraps are available for purchase or use.
Parent Drop-off
Parents are asked to drop off children for the 45-minute session, but you're welcome to stay for your child's first class. Security cameras are on site.
