About
Tateswim runs squad swimming for swimmers aged 7 and up at Monash Aquatic & Recreation Centre (Glen Waverley) and Huntingtower Sports & Aquatic Centre (Mount Waverley). Junior squads (7–11) build skills and confidence, core squads (11–17) train to improve, and competitive squads swim with M1 Swimming Club. A free assessment places each swimmer, who must swim 25 m freestyle and backstroke in deep water.

Assessment required
A free assessment is available before enrolment, and coaches recommend the most suitable squad.
Pool access
Pool access is included in squad fees. Swimmers at the Monash Aquatic and Recreation Centre can access the pool at class times, after 4pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.
Holds and cancellations
Squad holds are available for medical or planned absences of 2 to 8 weeks, with a holding fee applying. At least 30 days' notice is required to cancel enrolment.
