Make-ups and rescheduling
Please contact Sofia as early as possible if your child will miss a class. Make-ups and reschedules are arranged within your enrolment window: annual enrolments within the same year, semester enrolments within the same semester, and term enrolments within the same term.
Best time to make up a missed class
Where possible, join a parallel class in the same week so the lesson content stays consistent. If that is not possible, Sofia will help find the closest available class.
Holiday program make-ups
Annual enrolment families may use holiday program classes for missed regular lessons when suitable sessions have space and the make-up is arranged with the studio.
Cancellations and refunds
Once a term has started, that term cannot be cancelled or refunded. Semester and annual enrolments may cancel future terms that have not started, but not the current term.
Refund calculation
When a refund is eligible, any started or used period is charged at the standard rate, not the discounted package rate. The remaining balance is refunded.
Safety and studio conduct
SAFK may suspend or cancel enrolment if student or parent behaviour negatively affects the safety, wellbeing, learning experience or working environment of other students, families or staff.
