Good to know
Term length
Programs run for 8–10 weeks depending on the school term and usually start in the first or second week back after holidays.
Mid-term joining
Riders can join after a term has started by contacting RampFest, and only pay for the remaining weeks in the program.
First lesson and grouping
The first session is used for grading or testing so coaches can group participants with riders of a similar skill level. A participant may sometimes need to change time slots to join the most appropriate group.
Lesson focus
Lessons cover skatepark safety, etiquette and awareness, basic skills and fundamentals, using skatepark obstacles, skill-appropriate tricks and, where desired, competition participation.
Missed sessions
A make-up session may be available during the term on another program day. Refunds or partial refunds are not offered for missed sessions unless injury or other circumstances are assessed case by case.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations before the start of term may receive store credit for the balance. Once a term has started, credits are not offered for cancellations unless there are extenuating circumstances assessed case by case.
