About
Six-week after-school mountain bike squads for children of all abilities, building riding skills, fitness and confidence in a fun outdoor setting. Children can develop general mountain biking skills or pursue cross-country, enduro and downhill riding.

Good to know
What to bring
Bring a working mountain bike with adequately inflated tyres, a spare tube and handlebar end plugs; an AS/NZS 2063-approved helmet, gloves, covered shoes and water are required. Elbow and knee pads are optional but recommended.
Squad shirt
A Bike and Fitness riding shirt must be worn as the outer layer for safety and is available for $25 at the first session.
Weather and changes
Sessions are weather dependent. A wet-weather catch-up day is held toward the end of term; refunds or credits are not issued if a participant cannot attend it. Changes or cancellations after registration incur a $25 fee.
Cancellation before term start
Cancel up to one day before the course start date for a full refund less a $5 processing fee.
