Self Protection Academy runs a children’s self-defence class for ages 6–12 inside Bodyfit Health Concepts Gym in Highett. Sessions combine physical training with discussion of awareness, boundaries and appropriate responses to conflict. The kids class meets on Tuesdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. The first class is free.
