Good to know
Holiday closures
The sanctuary is closed on Christmas Day and Good Friday.
Current construction works
Construction is expected through the end of October 2026. The car park and main entrance remain open, while the Nature (Wildlife) Walk is closed. Barbecues are unavailable and portable toilets are located near the Sensory Garden.
Dogs
Dogs are not permitted.
Sensory Garden
The Sensory Garden opened in early 2026 and includes five accessible nature spaces.
