Rush HQ is an indoor trampoline and adventure park in Rowville, with jumping courts, climbing obstacles and a junior inflatable area for children from 18 months. Sessions start on the hour. General admission is $23 for one hour or $30 for two hours for jumpers over 110 cm; juniors under 110 cm are $15 or $19. Book ahead, especially for Mt Madness, the Gauntlet and Ninja HQ.

Monday–Thursday and weekends 10am–6pm; Friday 10am–7pm. Closed Easter Friday to Monday and Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day.
Booking
Bookings are required to guarantee access. Arrive about 20 minutes before your session. Closed-toe shoes are needed on Mt Madness, Ninja HQ and the Gauntlet.
