Queen Victoria Market covers two city blocks between Peel, Franklin, Victoria and Elizabeth Streets. Families can shop farm produce, specialty food and open-air stalls, then use the Information Hub on F Shed and Queen Street for directions. Trading days are Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday; the market is closed Monday and Wednesday. Specialty shops open at 9am on market days. Renewal works are underway while trading continues.

Getting there
The Market is a short walk from the city centre and sits within Melbourne’s free tram zone. Tram routes 19, 57, 58 and 59 stop nearby, and undercover and open-air car parks can be entered via Queen Street.
Information Hub
Find visitor tips and Market merchandise at the Information Hub on the corner of F Shed and Queen Street. It is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 3pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 4pm.
