Pipemakers Park is an eight-hectare Maribyrnong River reserve at 2 Van Ness Avenue, with a playground, jetty, historic industrial buildings, wetlands and open parkland. Council also points to Burton Crescent Reserve, Frogs Hollow Wetlands and Thompson Reserve within the broader site. It suits a riverside play and nature wander rather than a formal garden. Maribyrnong City Council manages the park as public open space.
