Good to know
Allow plenty of time
Plan for four to five hours to explore the park. The free Zu-loop bus is included with entry, with the final bus leaving the Visitor Centre at 3:00pm.
Booking and arrival
Non-members need to pre-book a date-specific ticket because daily visitor caps apply. Visitor vehicles must remain at the Visitor Centre.
Family exploring
Only foldable strollers can be stored on the buses. The park also has around 12 km of easy-to-medium walking tracks, with some suitable for robust pushers.
Accessible visits
All keeper talks are Auslan translated and audio described. Accessible parking is available at the Visitor Centre.
Food and picnics
The café is open daily with meals and snacks, wheelchair access, highchairs and seating. A grassy picnic area with sheltered tables is available near the Visitor Centre; BBQs are not permitted due to fire risk.
Parking
All-day free parking is available at the Visitor Centre, including accessible, caravan, RV and electric-vehicle charging spaces.
