Family visits
Exhibitions are designed for ages 15–25. Younger children may still enjoy the experience, with guidance through some content.
Accessibility
The museum has ramp and wheelchair access, lifts on all levels, a hearing loop, captions, accessible resources, sensory supports, accessible toilets and baby-change facilities. A multi-access suite provides a quiet space for feeding children or attending to care needs.
Getting there
MOD. is opposite the City West tram stop. There is no onsite parking, but paid car parks and on-street parking are available nearby.
Food and drinks
Food and drinks are not permitted in the galleries. The foyer café offers drinks, light meals and snacks, and is cashless and card-only.
Relaxed visits
Weekdays are recommended for a quieter visit. Sensory-friendly Quiet Mode sessions are offered at selected times.
Public holidays
The museum is closed on public holidays.
