Age and supervision
The maximum age for trampoline use is 16 years. Children under 10 must have adult supervision. Adults may walk on the padding between trampolines but not on the trampolines.
Pass purchase
Passes are available from the kiosk during kiosk hours, or from resort reception at the front of the property when the kiosk is closed.
Weather conditions
Jumpz may close during wet weather, heavy rain or excessive heat for safety reasons, and live music may be cancelled without notice in rain.
Bookings
Trampolines are primarily walk-in and do not accept bookings. Pre-paid packages can be booked for parties and large groups such as schools and camps.
Food and drinks
The Deck offers family-friendly food and drinks for takeaway and outdoor dining. Glass is not served at the venue and outside food and drinks are not accepted, except cake for parties.
