2026–27 upgrade works
Construction works are underway from March 2026 to early 2027. The northern half of the centre is closed from April to September 2026 for boardwalk replacement, with access via an alternate Goleby Avenue side gate.
Visiting with children
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Animal care rules
Do not feed animals or enter enclosures; stay on marked paths. Food, drinks, smoking and pets are not permitted inside the centre, except assistance dogs wearing an assistance vest.
School holidays
The centre opens daily from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm during school holidays.
