The Golden Dragon Museum looks after Chinese-Australian heritage from the gold rush to today, including processional dragons, textiles and the Yi Yuan Gardens precinct. Regular hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 9:30am–5pm, with last museum entry at 4:30pm; Mondays open in Victorian school holidays. Children under five enter free. Nearby municipal parking is paid, with short free parks on Cemetery Street.
