Watch traditional candy being made at Sticky, Shop 10 in The Rocks Centre. The shop is open 9:30am–5:30pm, seven days a week. Demonstrations usually run 9:30am–1pm and 2pm–5pm, with up to six batches a day and a sample at the end. No ticket is needed; public-holiday hours can change.
