About

Flagstaff Gardens is a heritage-listed garden in West Melbourne, on the hill north of La Trobe Street. The north-east playground has a rope climbing dome, swings, sandpit, spiral slide, climbing bars and rockers, with barbecues, picnic tables and public toilets beside it. Multi-use courts sit nearby. Catch a City Loop train to Flagstaff Station, or trams 30, 35 or 58. Open lawns and elm avenues make it an easy CBD picnic after play.
