Eltham Lower Park on Main Road has two playgrounds (Eltham Copper Butterfly Playspace and Eltham Lower Park playground), sports ovals, walking trails, picnic tables, barbecues, toilets including accessible toilets, a kiosk and signed off-leash dog areas. Diamond Valley Railway, a volunteer miniature railway, operates in the park on Sundays, most public holidays and Wednesdays in school holidays — it is a separate operator, not this listing. Dogs are not permitted in either playground.
