Plan your visit
Allow at least 1.5 hours to explore. The attraction is open daily, except Christmas Day and Boxing Day; displays may close during extreme weather.
Family facilities
There is a picnic area, free gas barbecues, a playground, gift shops and a licensed Garden Café, which is open from 10:00 to 16:00.
Accessibility
The display has accessible granite paths and a wheelchair entrance available on request. Café wheelchair access is available via the Rose Room, disability bathroom facilities are near the Garden Café entry, and wheelchairs and mobility scooters can be hired for a small fee.
Entry conditions
Children must be accompanied by an adult. The park is smoke-free, with a designated outdoor smoking area available.
