Free zoo talks run throughout the day; check the daily board on arrival for show times.
Birthday parties
Kids' parties are held in the Pobblebonk Party Room for children aged 4–12. A minimum of 10 children is required, with a maximum of 15 children and 4 adults per group.
Wet-weather visits
The zoo operates rain or shine. Bring wet-weather clothing and suitable footwear; rain ponchos can be purchased at the front desk.
