Academy of Swimming runs recreational fitness and competitive squad pathways for swimmers aged 8 to 12 and teenagers aged 13 and over. Training is held at Harold Holt Swim Centre in Glen Iris, GESAC in Bentleigh East and Carnegie Memorial Swimming Pool.
