No Lights No Lycra (NLNL) is a global dance community that provides an inclusive and non-judgmental space for individuals to dance, express themselves, and experience joy. Founded in Melbourne, NLNL has expanded to over 75 communities worldwide, including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, USA, and India, with a focus on accessibility in regional towns. The events are drug- and alcohol-free, held in the dark, and open to everyone aged 16 and over, promoting wellbeing and social connection through dance.
